Spaceman is my favorite track of the new record and I was hoping for a perfomance video. I just saw the new video and my first impression is that it is one part Velvet Goldmine, one part Stanley Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut, and one part American football. --J
I love this video and I can't believe that I missed this (though I have been dead to the outside world for a few weeks). It reminds me of one of my dreams after too much tequila! Anyway, I think more could have happened once he gets on the multi-tier cake-like structure. I mean, when he sits down at the table doesn't he look like he can't think of what to next?
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, the weekend before I found out I was knocked up, I had an impromptu party at my place where tons of smoking, dancing and red bull and vodka happened...I put on Spaceman and almost broke down in tears. I was thinking of you and me and The Killers and how that band has always been a staple for Judakris. Everyone around was like "what?" HAHAHAHA.
Anyway, doesn't Brandon look like he's wearing those fake teeth that the kiddy beauty queens wear during competition? There's something weird about his mouth in this vid.
